Registering with the site
Click the "Create an account" link in the "Login Form" on the right (or on a small screen, at the bottom). The "User Registration" form will open; fill it in and click the "Register" button. Your account is created and a verification link is sent to the email address you entered. You must verify the account by selecting the verification link when you get the email and then an administrator will activate your account before you can login. When your account has been activated by an administrator, another email will be sent to tell you that you can now login.
When you log in after account activation you will be able to access, from the menu, only this Home page and the Membership Details page. If you open the latter, you will be able to enter a few more basic details about yourself. Once you have saved them, the full menu will become available, as it will on future logins; you will then be able to use the site's full features.
If you register with the site we will hold some data on you. The data we hold is the details you supply when registering (your Name, Username, Password and Email Address) and any additional data you enter on the Membership Details page. The only other data we hold are the dates and times of registration and of your most recent login and any event availability data you may enter. If you wish your data to be deleted, you must cancel your registration; your data will then be deleted. Details of cancellation are on the "Contact" page.
Logging in
To login to the site, go to the "Login Form" on the right or at the bottom. Enter the user name and password that you created when registering. If you later need to update your details, for registration details, select the User Profile menu item and for membership details, select the Membership Details menu item.
